Terms of Service

Last Updated: 18 December 2025

Your Australian Consumer Law Rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

BLT will always honour your ACL rights first.

1. Welcome & What BLT Stands For

1.1 Why These Terms Exist

These Terms exist to protect you, protect the BLT community, and make everything fair, clear, and easy to understand. We want you to feel safe, respected, and confident from the moment you join.

1.2 Our Mission

Our global long-term mission is simple and powerful:

Over the next 25 years, we aim to give 1,000,000 adults a better life, and to build 100 Sanctuaries for underprivileged children.

Everything we do — including these Terms — supports that mission.

1.3 The Six Wealths

BLT helps Members grow in six important areas:

  • Physical Wealth – health and energy
  • Financial Wealth – income and stability
  • Social Wealth – connection and belonging
  • Mental Wealth – confidence and resilience
  • Time Wealth – freedom to use your time well
  • Eternal Wealth – peace, purpose, and faith

2. What You’re Getting When You Join BLT

2.1 Platform Status (Early Stage)

BLT is in an exciting early phase. Members currently have access to our foundation course, Sleep Mastery. More courses will be added throughout 2026 and beyond. Active Members automatically receive access to new courses while their subscription remains active.

2.2 What’s Included in Your Membership

Your membership includes:

  • access to the BLT courses available under your membership type
  • access to new courses released during your subscription
  • access to the BLT Member area
  • access to community features as they launch
  • the option to earn (Customer or Associate)

2.3 Content Access Rules

BLT content is delivered online:

  • audio and video lessons are streaming-only
  • PDF guides can be downloaded for personal use
  • content may be updated anytime

You receive a personal licence to use BLT content while your membership is active.

This licence ends automatically if your subscription lapses, is cancelled, or becomes inactive for any reason.

2.4 One Global Price

Everyone pays the same price, no matter where they live.

All BLT membership prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD).

  • Customer Membership: $120 per quarter
  • Associate Membership: $240 per quarter

2.5 GST Transparency

If you live in Australia, your membership price already includes GST, and BLT pays that GST to the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) on your behalf.

You do not pay anything extra.

If you live outside Australia, your membership is GST-free because Australian tax law treats BLT’s service as an exported digital service.

2.6 Residency Declaration

When you join BLT, you must select your residency status truthfully:

  • Australian Resident, or
  • Non-Australian Resident

This determines correct GST treatment.

2.6.1 Change of Residency Procedure

If your residency changes, please let us know before your next subscription renews by submitting a Support Ticket (Help Centre → Support Tickets). We may request reasonable proof of residency if required for tax or regulatory compliance.

3. Membership Types & How Earnings Work

3.1 Key Definitions

Platform – the BLT website and private Member area.

Member – anyone with an active BLT subscription.

Content – BLT’s educational materials.

Sale – a paid BLT subscription purchased through your referral link.

Team – your referred Customers and Associates.

AUD – all payments and commissions are in Australian Dollars.

Bank Requirement — commissions are paid only to an Australian bank account in your name (see Section 3.7 for full payout rules).

Consistency (as it relates to your success in BLT)

Consistency means taking simple and positive BLT actions every day — reviewing a module, learning and applying the BLT Success System, improving, and moving forward steadily, even on days when motivation is low.

Success in BLT is not a sprint — it is a steady, rewarding marathon.

Business Building Activities (BBA’s)

BBA’s are the simple daily actions that help you grow BLT — meeting new people, helping them get to know, like, and trust you, using the ITP process, following up, and doing a little mindset and skillset work every day.

Small actions, repeated consistently, create long-term results.

Customer Membership

Limited content access + Direct Bonus only.

Customers cannot earn any other commissions.

Associate Membership

Full content access + participation in the complete Compensation Plan, including:

  • Direct Bonus
  • Level Bonuses (multi-level, up to 12 levels)
  • Any other bonuses in the Plan

Eligibility rules apply.

3.2 Customer Membership — How You Earn

As a Customer, you can earn only the Direct Bonus (single-level).

When someone joins BLT using your referral link, you earn on their initial subscription and all future renewals:

  • 50% for personally introduced Customers
  • 25% for personally introduced Associates

3.3 Associate Membership — How You Earn

Associates can earn through the full BLT Compensation Plan, including the Direct Bonus, Level Bonuses, and other bonuses.

Full details are in the Affiliate Agreement and Compensation Plan.

3.4 Weekly Commission Payments

From 1 February 2026, commissions are paid weekly once payments are cleared.

Before then, commissions are processed manually and may be paid less frequently.

3.5 Active Membership Requirement

You earn commissions only while your membership is active and paid.

If your membership lapses, unpaid commissions are forfeited (“washed”).

If you reactivate later, you start earning again from that point forward.

3.6 Withdrawal Fee (5%)

A withdrawal fee of 5% applies to all commission withdrawals processed through the BLT Platform.

This fee is automatically deducted from the withdrawal amount at the time the payout is issued.

The withdrawal fee covers BLT’s payment processing, administration, reconciliation, and compliance costs.

BLT may adjust the withdrawal fee from time to time to reflect changes in third-party processing fees, provided updated fees are published on the BLT Platform before taking effect.

3.7 Commission Payout Requirements

(AUD Only, Australian Bank Accounts Only)

All commissions are calculated and paid in Australian Dollars (AUD).

BLT pays commissions only into Australian bank accounts that:

  • are held in the Member’s name, and
  • support standard domestic transfers using a BSB and Account Number.

Members outside Australia are responsible for opening or maintaining an Australian bank account capable of receiving AUD deposits.

BLT is not responsible for delayed, failed, or forfeited payouts caused by:

  • incorrect or incomplete bank details,
  • providing a non-Australian bank account,
  • bank accounts that cannot receive AUD deposits, or
  • closed, invalid, or incompatible accounts.

All money in and all money out of BLT is denominated and settled exclusively in Australian Dollars (AUD).

3.8 No Cryptocurrency or Digital Asset Payments

BLT does not accept, process, or pay commissions in cryptocurrency or in any form of digital asset.

BLT does not offer, support, or facilitate services relating to digital tokens, crypto trading, exchanges, wallets, staking, NFTs, or any blockchain-based financial product.

Nothing in the BLT Platform should be interpreted as enabling or promoting cryptocurrency transactions.

3.9 Minors

Members aged 15–17 may join Better Life Tribe only with verified parental or legal guardian consent.

Children under 15 cannot join BLT.

Where a minor is permitted to join:

  • the parent or guardian must provide the required consent and verification information
  • any commissions arising from the minor's participation will be paid to the parent or guardian, not directly to the minor
  • the parent or guardian is responsible for supervising the minor's participation and ensuring compliance with these Terms and applicable law

BLT may request reasonable proof of age, identity, and parental or guardian consent where required to verify eligibility.

A completed Parental / Guardian Consent Form must be submitted before a minor's membership can be activated. The form must be submitted via Help Centre → Support Tickets.

4. Billing, Renewals & Payment Security

4.1 Subscription Renewal

Your subscription renews automatically every 90 days from:

  • your initial signup date, or
  • the date you last manually re-subscribed.

4.2 Renewal Reminder

We email you before your next charge.

4.3 Cancelling, Upgrading & Downgrading Your Membership

Cancelling

You keep access until the end of your paid period.

Upgrading

You pay the difference; upgrade is immediate. Associate benefits begin instantly.

Downgrading

You remain Associate until period end (no refunds). Next renewal bills at Customer price.

4.4 Refunds

Payments are non-refundable once paid, as commissions are allocated instantly.

BLT provides generous free previews so you can evaluate the platform before purchasing.

4.5 Payment Processing (Stripe)

All payments go through Stripe, a secure global processor.

BLT never sees or stores your card details — Stripe handles them securely.

4.6 Keeping Your Details Updated

Keep your contact and payment details updated in My Account.

4.7 Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues, please submit a Support Ticket.

Letting us know early helps us resolve issues quickly.

5. Communication, Behaviour & Presentation Standards

5.1 Marketing & Presentations — The ITP Way

BLT uses a simple, respectful method to introduce the platform:

Invite → Tool → Presentation.

People must ALWAYS leave feeling good, no matter what they decide.

5.2 Income Claims Policy

Your earnings depend on:

  • your effort
  • habits
  • enthusiasm
  • learning ability
  • teachability
  • consistency
  • leadership ability
  • commitment to the BLT Success System

BLT does not guarantee income or success.

Income claim rules:

  • must be truthful
  • modest
  • realistic
  • provable by you

Do NOT use:

  • bank screenshots
  • commission statements
  • lifestyle claims

BLT may request proof of any income claim.

5.3 Associate-Created Content

All content must be accurate, respectful, authentic, and aligned with BLT’s values.

6. Network Integrity & Protection

6.1 Anti-Manipulation & Fair Trading

Members must not:

  • create fake or duplicate accounts
  • create sham purchases
  • manipulate genealogy
  • use false information
  • attempt to game the system

BLT is built on authenticity and integrity — the only path to long-term success.

6.2 Cross-Line Recruiting / Cross-Line Raiding

Strictly prohibited.

You must not:

  • use BLT’s confidential information or genealogy data to recruit BLT Members into another MLM, direct sales company, or investment scheme
  • pressure someone to leave their sponsor
  • hint they’d be “better off” under you
  • offer incentives to switch
  • undermine sponsor relationships
  • build shadow teams

Consequences

BLT may take:

  • warnings
  • suspension
  • loss of earning rights
  • termination
  • clawbacks
  • resetting manipulated genealogy
  • blocking re-entry

If financial or reputational harm occurs, BLT may pursue legal action.

6.3 Changing Sponsors

In rare cases where you wish to change sponsors:

  • Submit a Support Ticket titled “Change of Sponsor Request.”
  • Wait for BLT approval.
  • Cancel your membership.
  • Stay fully inactive for three (3) full months — no sales, referrals, commissions, or BLT business activity.
  • Rejoin under your new sponsor after inactivity.

Any attempt to bypass this is a serious breach.

6.4 One Membership Rule

Only one BLT account per person or entity.

A company or trust may hold one account with a nominated representative.

Family members may each hold their own account, provided each follows all BLT Terms.

6.5 After You Leave BLT (90-Day Rule)

For 90 days after leaving BLT, you must not:

  • use BLT’s confidential information or genealogy data to recruit BLT Members into another MLM, direct sales company, or investment scheme
  • represent yourself as a BLT Member to promote another opportunity
  • influence or solicit BLT Members to move to another organisation

A breach may lead to:

  • termination
  • loss of earning rights
  • legal action if harm is caused

7. Legal & Administrative

7.1 Disclaimer

BLT provides education, not professional advice. Results depend on your own effort and consistent application of the BLT Success System — including daily BBA’s.

7.2 Indemnification

You accept responsibility if issues arise due to your:

  • breach of these Terms
  • misuse of systems or content
  • unlawful behaviour

This does not apply if BLT is at fault.

7.3 Assumption of Risk

You participate in BLT events at your own risk, unless otherwise required by law.

7.4 Privacy & Data Protection

BLT follows the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

See the Privacy Policy for full details.

7.5 Changes to These Terms

Material changes receive 7 days’ notice.

7.6 Complaints & Dispute Resolution

If something feels wrong or unclear, BLT wants to resolve it quickly, respectfully, and fairly.

Follow this pathway:

Step 1 — Speak with your Sponsor.

Step 2 — Speak with your Sponsor’s upline.

Step 3 — Final escalation: your upline Gold Director.

Step 4 — Submit a Support Ticket.

Step 5 — External resolution (if needed).

Either party may request mediation in NSW.

If mediation fails, the matter may proceed to a tribunal or court.

BLT always approaches issues with fairness, integrity, and respect.

7.7 Assignment

BLT may assign its rights to a successor entity.

You cannot transfer your membership without BLT’s consent.

7.8 Intellectual Property

All BLT content, brand assets, and course materials are owned by Better Life Tribe IP Pty Ltd or licensors.

You receive a personal, limited, revocable licence to use BLT content for your own learning.

You may not reproduce, upload, share, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from BLT materials without written permission, except where allowed under Australian copyright law.

7.9 Force Majeure

BLT is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, major outages, or unforeseen circumstances.

7.10 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Affiliate Agreement, and Compensation Plan, form the entire agreement between you and BLT.
