Affiliate Agreement
OUR MISSION
Over the next 25 years, we aim to give 1,000,000 good-hearted adults a better life, and to build 100 Sanctuaries for underprivileged children. Everything in this Agreement supports that mission.
This Affiliate Agreement ("Agreement") applies specifically to all BLT Associates and their business-building activities. It is a mandatory part of the relationship and must be read, understood, and adhered to alongside the BLT Terms of Service (ToS), Compensation Plan (CP), and Privacy Policy.
1. Your Role & Status
1.1. Purpose of this Agreement
This Agreement sets out the expectations, responsibilities, and standards for everyone who chooses to build BLT as an Associate. It exists to protect you, BLT, the community, and the mission we are building together. If there is ever a conflict, this Agreement takes priority for Associate-related matters (commissions, conduct, marketing, network rules). BLT exists to help good-hearted people grow, succeed, and improve their lives. Your role as an Associate is important, valued, and guided by simple, honest principles.
1.2. Your Status as an Independent Associate
As an Associate, you are an independent contractor, not an employee, franchisee, agent, or partner of BLT. You operate your own independent sales and distribution activity under the BLT system. You have full freedom to choose how you work, when you work, your goals, your pace, and your style. You are solely responsible for your own tax, insurance, expenses, and legal obligations.
1.3. Voluntary Participation
Becoming an Associate is completely voluntary. You must maintain an Active (current and paid) Associate-level subscription to participate in the full Compensation Plan. Your decision to become an Associate must always be made freely, without pressure, hype, or emotional manipulation.
2. Eligibility & Account Integrity
2.1. Associate Eligibility Requirements
To be a BLT Associate, you must meet the following mandatory requirements:
- Be at least 18 years old, or 15–17 with verified parental or guardian consent (as explained in the BLT Terms of Service).
- Hold a valid Australian bank account (with BSB and Account Number) in your name or an approved entity's name, to receive commissions.
- Maintain an Active Associate-level subscription.
- Provide accurate personal details and truthfully declare your country of residence.
2.2. One Account Rule and Stacking (Zero Tolerance)
BLT business activities must be real, authentic and organic. Each person or entity can have only one BLT Associate account. You must not create or operate extra accounts (personally or through others), use fake accounts, or hide real control of accounts to increase commissions or manipulate placement. This practice, known as Stacking, is strictly prohibited.
2.3. Forfeiture of Commissions
If your subscription is Inactive (lapsed, cancelled, or unpaid), you cannot accrue commissions in any form. Any unpaid commissions are immediately forfeited ("washed") and will not be reinstated. Commissions will start to accrue again upon reactivation, as per the BLT Compensation Plan.
3. Compensation, Earnings, & Definitions
3.1. Earning Overview
As an Active Associate, you are eligible to earn:
- Direct Bonus on personally sponsored Members.
- Level Bonuses (participation in the complete 12-level unilevel structure).
- Any other bonuses defined in the official Compensation Plan (CP).
3.2. No Guarantees
BLT does not guarantee income or success. Your income depends entirely on your own effort, Consistency, willingness to learn, the time you invest, and how well you follow the BLT Success System.
3.3. Realistic Expectations
BLT must be represented honestly as a long-term personal development and income-building pathway that requires effort and skill-building. While earning initial, small commissions (such as the Direct Bonus from two sign-ups) is straightforward and possible early on, Associates must understand that BLT is NOT a "get rich quick" opportunity, nor a fast way for financial freedom. People should not expect meaningful results in their first 6 months when building BLT part time. Meaningful duplication usually takes 2–4 years of steady part-time effort. We choose the truth over hype — always.
3.4. BBA’s (Business Building Activities) Defined
BBA’s are the simple daily actions that help you grow in BLT — meeting new people, getting them to know, like and trust you, growing your list, doing ITP daily, attending presentation with your prospects, following up, and improving your Mindset and Skillset through personal development. This ensures every Associate understands the phrase immediately.
3.5. Consistency Defined
Consistency means taking small positive actions every day — learning, following up, improving, and moving forward steadily over time.
3.6. Team Defined
Your Team are the members in your Downline within your 12 levels you are actively working with and supporting—especially those you are helping through the BLT Success System.
4. Marketing and ACL Compliance
4.1. Mandatory ITP Process
You must follow the simple, approved Invite → Tool → Presentation (I.T.P.) Process. This keeps things simple, honest, and duplicable.
4.2. Prohibited Income Claims
To comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you must not:
- Post or show screenshots of commissions, payouts, or back office totals.
- Claim or strongly imply that large or life-changing income can be achieved quickly.
- Suggest that rapid "financial freedom" or deep residual income is typical, or that success is achieved without sustained long-term dedication and sacrifice. (While the BLT system is simple to apply, its success requires consistent, long-term commitment, often taking 2–4 years, as noted in Section 3.3).
- Use luxury lifestyle imagery, hype posts, or misleading screenshots.
4.3. Required Disclaimer and ITP Disclosure
The formal income disclaimer is already provided to Prospects through the BLT ITP Process (specifically the Tool and the Presentation). Your role is to confirm the Prospect understands this disclaimer in natural and genuine language, emphasizing that:
- Everyone’s results are different.
- Income depends entirely on individual effort, Consistency, willingness to learn, and the time invested.
You must ensure the reality of the business (as described in Section 3.3) is affirmed by the Prospect before they enrol and submit payment, ensuring the Prospect is making a genuinely informed decision.
4.4. No Financial/Investment Representations
BLT is not an investment product. Associates must not describe BLT using terms like "investment,” "ROI,” "returns,” "equity,” or similar language that belongs to financial securities or investment products.
4.5. Branding and Identity
You may only use the BLT Independent Associate logo and must not use the official BLT company logo or branding in a way that implies they are employees or official representatives.
5. Network Integrity & Prohibited Conduct
5.1. Cross-Line Recruiting (Raiding)
Cross-Line Recruiting is strictly prohibited and harms the community. You must not enrol or influence an active Member from another Team or encourage placement manipulation.
5.2. Protection of Confidential Information
You must protect BLT’s confidential information, including genealogy data (names, contact details, placement, and Team structure). This data must only be used for building BLT and may not be used for anything outside BLT.
5.3. No Promotion of Other Deals
Associates must not use BLT relationships, platforms, or private conversations formed inside BLT to promote other businesses, products, or opportunities.
5.4. Sponsor Change Process (Mandatory Steps)
In rare cases where you wish to change Sponsors, you must adhere strictly to the steps outlined in the BLT Terms of Service:
- Submit a Support Ticket (Help Centre → Support Tickets) titled “Change of Sponsor Request,” and explain your reasons clearly.
- Wait for BLT written approval. We may contact you directly for more information before approval is given.
- Cancel your membership (My Account → Billing).
- Stay fully inactive for three (3) full months — no sales, referrals, commissions, or BLT business activity.
- Rejoin under your new Sponsor after inactivity.
Any attempt to bypass this process is a serious breach of this Agreement and the BLT Terms of Service.
5.5. Servant Leadership
BLT leadership is servant leadership: You don’t own your team — you serve your team. Your role is to serve, encourage, mentor, and empower them—not control them. You lift people, not pressure them.
6. Compliance, Enforcement & Liability
6.1. Compliance Purpose
BLT’s compliance process exists to: protect Members from harm, protect BLT from legal/reputational risk, maintain fairness, and uphold BLT’s Values.
6.2. Zero-Tolerance Areas
BLT has zero tolerance for:
- Deliberate cross-line recruiting.
- Intentional harm to another Associate’s business.
- Creating or using fake accounts.
- Fraudulent or deceptive conduct or knowingly misleading Prospects.
- Using BLT relationships to promote other businesses.
- Associates must not intentionally target minors (under 18) for marketing or recruitment.
- Harassment, bullying, abuse, or unlawful discrimination. (BLT retains the right, under its Terms of Service, to decline any application based on poor character or conduct inconsistent with BLT's high ethical standards, provided this decision is not based on a protected attribute).
6.3. Corrective Action and Consequences
Most issues are resolved through calm conversation, guidance, and education. Depending on the situation, BLT may use one or more of the following steps: Coaching/Guidance -> Formal Warning -> Content Removal -> Temporary Restrictions -> Suspension -> Termination (Last Resort).
6.4. Legal and Financial Liability
If an Associate intentionally causes financial loss, reputational damage, or disruption to BLT or any Member, BLT may pursue compensation or other legal remedies, including reversal of commissions.
6.5. Complaints & Dispute Resolution
If something feels wrong or unclear, BLT wants to resolve it quickly, respectfully, and fairly. You agree to follow this mandatory pathway:
Step 1 — Speak with your Sponsor. A calm, respectful conversation usually resolves initial issues.
Step 2 — Speak with your Sponsor’s upline. Go one level higher if needed.
Step 3 — Final internal escalation: your upline Gold Director. They will listen, review objectively, and guide a fair solution.
Step 4 — Submit a Support Ticket (Help Centre → Support Tickets). If the issue remains unresolved after the upline pathway, submit a formal ticket. BLT Support will investigate properly.
Step 5 — External resolution (if needed). If internal steps fail, either party may request mediation in NSW. If mediation is unsuccessful, the matter may go to a tribunal or court.
BLT always approaches issues with fairness, integrity, and respect.
6.6. Entire Agreement
This Agreement, the BLT Terms of Service, the Compensation Plan, and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement between you and BLT.
