By using www.bltribe.org or becoming a BLT Member or Associate, you agree to this Policy.

Important: BLT never sees or stores your credit card details. All payments are securely processed by Stripe.

- Device type (non-sensitive)

2.4 Associate information (if applicable)
- Your Sponsor
- Referral activity
- 12-level team structure
- Commission eligibility and payments
- Australian bank details for commissions
2.5 Support interactions

- Notes required to resolve your request
2.6 Course usage (non-behavioural)
- Module progress
- Completion status
- Access logs
We do NOT collect:
- Tax File Numbers
- Government ID, except limited identification information where required for parental consent verification for members aged 15–17

- Sensitive personal information

BLT operates using secure servers in the United States.
Your information remains protected under Australian Privacy Law even when stored overseas.

By using BLT, you consent to your information being processed in:

Payments
Stripe processes all card payments. BLT never sees your card details.
Reputable email delivery services.
Hosting
Secure US-based servers for the BLT website and Member area.
Only minimal required information is shared with these providers.

BLT does not use tracking cookies for public visitors.
We only use functional cookies to:
- keep you logged in
- maintain session stability
- support essential Member features
We do not use advertising, analytics, or behavioural tracking cookies.
8. How We Protect Your Information
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure.

If a data breach occurs that may cause harm, BLT will:

- Provide details of affected data
- Recommend steps you can take
- Notify the OAIC if required
- Secure the system immediately
10. Minors (Ages 15–17)
Members aged 15–17 may join BLT only with verified parental or legal guardian consent, as explained in the BLT Terms of Service.
Where consent verification is required, BLT may request limited identification information solely for that purpose.
Children under 15 cannot join BLT.
11. Your Rights
You may request:
- Access to your information
- Corrections
- Deletion where legally permitted
- Restriction of processing
- Withdrawal of consent (where applicable)

12. How Long We Keep Your Information (Updated)
We retain your information for as long as it is needed to:
- maintain your BLT membership and account history
- process commissions
- meet legal and tax obligations
- resolve disputes or enforce our Terms
If your membership becomes inactive, your account and information remain securely stored in a dormant state so you can return at any time.
We do not delete account information unless required by law.
13. Business Transfers
If BLT undergoes a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or asset transfer, your personal information may be transferred as part of that process.
We will take reasonable steps to ensure your information remains protected.
