BLT Compensation Plan — Version 006 (2025)

This Compensation Plan explains, in plain English, how commissions work in Better Life Tribe (BLT). It is designed to be clear, fair, simple, and sustainable for the long term.
1. Introduction
At BLT, our mission is simple: help good-hearted people win in all Six Wealths, and become the CEO of their own life.
This Compensation Plan explains how Associates earn commissions when they share BLT with others. It is designed to be:
- clear
- fair
- honest
- simple
- ethical
- easy to duplicate
- safe and sustainable for decades
There are no tricks, no hidden requirements, and no pressure. If you share BLT with someone and they subscribe, you earn a commission. And as an Associate, you also earn from the teams they build through the 12-level structure. That’s it.
2. Customer vs Associate (Two Ways to Participate)
Customer
A Member who enjoys the BLT courses and community, and can earn the Direct Bonus only.
Associate
A Member who enjoys the BLT courses and community, and can participate in the full compensation plan opportunity, including the Level Bonuses (down to 12 levels).
Both paths are welcome. There is no pressure either way.
3. Overview of How You Earn
BLT pays up to 65% of every subscription back to the field through a simple 12-level Unilevel compensation structure.
There are two ways to earn:
- Direct Bonus – paid when you personally refer someone who subscribes.
- Level Bonuses – paid when your referred Associates and their teams refer others.
All commissions are paid on BOTH initial subscriptions and every renewal.
Commissions are paid weekly, in arrears. You must be Active to earn or accumulate commissions.
4. Direct Bonus (Level 1 Earnings)
You earn a Direct Bonus every time you personally refer someone who subscribes to BLT.
- 50% when you refer a Customer
- 25% when you refer an Associate
This bonus is paid on both the initial subscription and every renewal.
There is no limit to how many people you can personally refer.
5. Level Bonuses (Team Commissions)
When your referred Associates and their teams share BLT with others, you earn team commissions through the 12-level Associate tree.
Customers do not participate in the 12-level system.
Percentages (Simple & Fixed)
- Levels 2–6: 5% each
- Levels 7–12: 2.5% each
These Level Bonuses are paid on:
- initial subscriptions
- every renewal
These percentages are the same for everyone. There are no rank unlocks, no qualifications, and no monthly targets.
6. Full 12-Level Structure (Associate Tree Only)

This is the Associate tree only. Customers do not earn Level Bonuses on Levels 2–12.
7. Compensation Rules (Important)
7.1 Active status is required to earn or accrue commissions
You are Active when your BLT subscription is paid and current. You are Inactive when your subscription has expired or payment has failed.
Active Members earn and accumulate commissions. Inactive Members do not earn or accumulate commissions.
7.2 Inactive status washes unpaid commissions
If you become Inactive, any unpaid commissions in your account are washed (forfeited) and cannot be restored.
7.3 Inactive Members cannot accrue new commissions
While Inactive, you do not earn or accumulate any new commissions of any kind.
7.4 No compression
If someone becomes Inactive, their position does not move and nobody beneath them shifts upward.
The inactive Member simply becomes a non-producing account:
- no commissions
- no shifting of levels
- no structural changes
- all volume continues normally under them
This keeps BLT stable, fair, predictable, and ethical.
7.5 All 12 levels are available to all Active Associates
All Active Associates have access to all 12 levels from Day 1. You earn only on the levels that actually exist beneath you.
7.6 Commissions on initial and recurring subscriptions
All BLT commissions are paid on both the initial subscription and every renewal.
8. Income Capping Rule (Anti-Stacking Rule)
BLT uses a simple Income Capping Rule to keep the system fair, ethical, and to prevent people cheating the system.
Your maximum lifetime earnings depend on how many Active Associates you personally sponsor. This rewards real contribution and keeps the plan stable.

If you sponsor 4 Active Associates, your maximum lifetime earnings is $100,000 AUD. Sponsor 5 and your cap rises to $500,000, and so on.
9. Recognition Ranks (Lifetime Earnings — Non-Compensation)
Ranks celebrate consistency, contribution, and leadership. They do not affect earnings.

10. How Your Team Can Grow with the Power of Duplication
The chart below is an example of perfect duplication — where you sponsor 4 Associates in your first 3 months, and those 4 do the same.
Let’s be clear: Perfect duplication like this has never happened in any company, and it never will. People are emotional. Life gets in the way. Many quit early.
But duplication does happen. It spreads like the roots of a tree — slowly at first, then wider and deeper over time.
That’s why this example is useful. It shows the power of consistent effort, combined with a simple, teachable system.
If you sponsor 4 Associates in your first 3 months — and those 4 sponsor 4 of their own, using the BLT Success System (ITP) — in theory your team can grow into a huge number over time.

Real-World Duplication Disclaimer (Accurate & Honest)
This scenario is not guaranteed, not typical, and will not happen anywhere near the scale shown above.
But duplication is real and does happen. It grows like the roots of a tree — slowly at first, then wider and deeper over time, imperfect and uneven.
If you remain consistent and active over 3–4 years, a meaningful organisation is very likely to develop. Not in the millions — but large enough to create real, ongoing income.
For some dedicated Members, this can grow into a strong part-time income. For a smaller number of highly consistent Members, even a full-time income or six-figure passive income is possible with genuine long-term dedication and duplication.
